Drag and Drop allowing 2 options

I have used a drag and drop interaction with 6 choices, and although the slide option is set to "Return item to starting point if dropped outside a correct drop target", it is allowing some of the drags to drop on multiple spots. Is there a limit to how many items I can have in this interaction? I checked the form view and can't find any errors. There are no layers present to interfere with the question logic. I'd appreciate some help finding the solution! Thank you!

You have a lot of custom triggers that interfere with default drag & drop interaction behavior. Try to disable all triggers and run this interaction. See how it behaves. I think it will work as expected.

Yes, you are correct! It worked when I disabled all the triggers. It's great that I can now stop testing and troubleshooting, but disappointing that I can't get it to work the way I want. I have other drag and drop slides with these same triggers and they function correctly, but 4 is the max on the other slides. Perhaps 6 is too much. Think I'll split the slide and see if I can still use my triggers on this one. Thank you so much for the assistance - I'm always touting the wonderful support of the E-Learning Heroes!
