Drag and Drop help

I have a couple of requests on this Drag and Drop file. 

1) Is it possible, or if it's not, how would you make it work, to have multiple responses to one hot spot? (The yes and no drops)

2) Once the learner hits submit, is it possible to mark only the drops that are incorrect?
