Drag and Drop Interaction Issue
I'm having a few users run into a problem on this interaction where they are reporting that the submit button is not working. It's occurring with approximately 10-20 users out of 8000, but I can't seem to figure out the cause. I've attached just the interaction slide. Does anybody know what could be causing this issue to occur?
I don't understand how could the Submit button work at all if there is no "Incorrect Feedback" layer on this interaction. Maybe you should bring the Incorrect Feedback layer back and prevent clicking the Submit button before all elements are dropped. Then submit and validate your interaction.
