drag and drop interactive activity

I'm not sure if this is possible, but I am wanting to create a slide that has a 'map' on it.  The learner then drags an object (a character picture) to the part of the 'map' they wish to visit and learn more about and this takes them to that scene (then once they have learnt about that section they come back to the map and drag on to the next area on the 'map' they wish to explore.

Is this possible? I am fine with the latter part of revisiting the slide to 'click on the next area' but I want to make it more fun than my normal slide of selecting a box, by this time dragging an object to where you want to go.  I started to explore drag and drop thinking I can do it there but I'm now not sure.

  • Yes, that's possible and generally easy to do.

    • Create a trigger to do something (show layer, jump to slide...) when object [character] is dopped on [map part]
    • You need to create distinct drop targets like a hotspot or shape
