Drag and Drop Matching: Invalid Answer pop up
When I try to create a matching drag and drop I always get an "Invalid Answer" pop up when I try to submit. There are no other options - the page then freezes. I've tried making a few simpler matching drag and drop slides but the same pop up occurs every time. I've been trying to troubleshoot this for 3 days. Please help.

Hi Mark, and welcome to E-Learning Heroes. 😊
I appreciate you reaching out to share what you are experiencing along with a sample .story file so that we could take a look.
I created a quick Peek 360 video of walking through your file and the behavior that I'm seeing. The interaction seems to be performing as expected, but please let me know if you're experiencing different behavior and the steps to replicate the issue.

Hi Leslie
Success! Thank you so much for making and sending the Peek 360 video. By watching it I could see that I hadn't understood how to do the matching exercise as a learner- I was merely reordering the items in the right column but didn't realise that each one also had to then be "connected" to its counterpart in the left column by dragging it a little to the left.
Duh! I somehow knew the answer would be something so simple that I'd missed it! Actually I will add the word "connect" into my instructions for my learners as it doesn't seem to me to be an obvious step - in fact, after reordering it seems a bit redundant.
(It's a pity that I hadn't been able to find a tutorial for creating this particular type of quiz as I would have then had the learner instructions spelt out clearly. Is there a place to go for simple tutorials on each of the Storyline features?)
Once again, many thanks, Leslie - you're a hero!
Hi Mark,
I'm glad I was able to help! Thanks for the update.
We do have resources for Storyline 360:

Thank you for your follow up Leslie but I've already looked in these resources and was unable to find specific details on creating a Storyline Matching Drag and Drop.
