Drag and Drop State When Return to Start Point

The core issue here is that Storyline's Trigger Wizard > When action choices > Drag and Drop Events section does not include a choice based on the automated drag return action, such as "Object returns to start position." I've requested this feature in the past but I guess too few others have requested it.
