Draw from question bank only draws one instead of all

Hi,

We are making an Escaperoom with 360 images. On the hotspots you'll jump to question banks. When complete, you return to the 360 image.

In a few levels I have a question bank with multiple question slides. And set the settings to include all questions. But when I test it, I only get one question of this question bank. I also tried to change it specific to two, but it still draws just one. 

How can I fix this? It's happening on multiple slides.
