Dynamic Text to Speech in Storyline

I have a game where players earn points. At the end I want my character to say "congratulations, you e...
text-to-speech is not available for the learner - he has no licence for amazon polly
but you could create multiple audios to layers
-"sorry, you earned 0 points"
...
- "congratulations, you earned 10 points"
and show the layer (with the matching audio)
