Edit with AI

I have an image generated by the AI assistant in my story file. I want to make a change to it, so I select the “Edit with AI” command and enter a prompt. The generation process takes quite a while. Then a message appears saying “Generation failed” (in red text). The window also includes a linked command: “Check the status of Articulate 360 services.” The status page says everything is fine. Am I doing something wrong (I’ve done this the same way many times before, successfully), or is there a system outage?

    I think their might be an issue because I was trying to use AI to edit a script and I got an error saying it couldn't be generated as well.
