Editing the default format of quiz questions
Is there a way to edit the default setting to a question slide? I want to be able to use the import template for quiz questions but I also want the radio buttons, hover state color, and paragraph formatting to be different than what the default. If I import 15 questions do I have to make these changes to 15 slides in the question bank?
Hi Michael,
Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes community! ✨
You can create and edit quiz templates with Quizmaker 360. Here's how to edit a template:
- Double-click the *.quiztemplate file to open it in Articulate Quizmaker.
- Make the necessary edits.
- Save the file. (You can press Ctrl+S or click the Save button on the quick access toolbar.)
Once you save a template, you'll be able to share with other authors and reuse it for new quizzes too. Please let me know if you have additional questions on this!

Hi Kelly. I have a similar question. Could this editing be done within SL ?

Hello Ivo,
You won't be able to open *.quiztemplate files in Storyline 360, but you can do the following as a workaround:
- Open the .quiztemplate file in Quizmaker 360 and save the quiz as a .quiz file.
- Import the .quiz file into Storyline 360.
- Save the Storyline 360 project as a .storytemplate file to share the project with the quiz slides as a template with other authors. You'll also be able to edit the quiz slides in Storyline 360 before sharing.
Hope this helps!
