Em-Dash and En-Dash (RISE)

Hi, Folks. I told my fellow instructional designers about the Alt codes for em-dash and en-dash a long time ago. That's all well and good, but I think the real point here is that there should be an easier way to generate the em-dash and en-dash in Articulate products, such as a "special characters" list on the text editing command bar. Thoughts?
