Embedded video files from a SharePoint to Rise doesn't work for users

Question

Hi,
I embedded videos from our public SharePoint site to a Rise course. However, I shared the course with internal users, the videos don't work! Some users see a message saying "You don't have access" others see "Sign in to your account".
What do I do wrong?

It appears to be a permissions issue where the user either doesn't have access to the embedded content or they do but they're not signed into the account hosting the content.&nbsp;
