Embedding Software in iFrames

Requirement: I need users to log into Tableau and perform some exercises on a couple of reports to find the correct an...
just tested - if I embed www.tableau.com in an iframe, the website refused to be loaded (this is normal for the most websites)
Yes, exactly what I am getting, I am convinced there must be some way to do it, I like a good challenge.
