Emphasis Animations Not Saving

Has anyone else experienced issues with the emphasis animations not saving properly? I'll get everything set up how I want it and save the file. It works until I close out of the file. The next time I open it, the emphasis animations are gone.

There should be two emphasis animations: Pulse and Shrink. You can see in the triggers pane that the triggers don't reference anything because the animations were somehow removed.

    In Storyline 360 (Build 3.85.31840.0), we fixed a bug that many of you were running into:

    • Fixed: Emphasis-animation triggers could become incomplete after reopening a project file.

    From here, all you need to do is update Storyline 360 in your Articulate 360 desktop app!

    If you run into any issues, please don't hesitate to reach out to our Support team in a support case. 

  • Updating in case anyone else runs into this issue - it looks like it was some issue with the triggers. I was able to get them to stick by deleting the triggers, readding the emphasis animations, deleting the autopopulated triggers for good measure, and creating the triggers manually. It seems to be holding so far.

  • Yep, I've noticed this for the past week. As long as you don't close the file, they stick. I've deleted the triggers and re added them manually. Today, after opening my file for the week.. they are gone again. Really frustrating if you had 50+ triggers in a course with emphasis.

      Yeah - I just removed all of them from a course I had. They weren't mandatory, they added a tiny bit of sizzle & focus, but don't have the time to go through and redo them. Oh well, the next project.
