Encoding a video
I'm looking for current information about how to speed up an extreme delay when trying to publish an MP4. It is taking hours to encode the video. What should I do? It looks this like has been an issue for more than 11 years (based on prior discussions) - that can't be right...can it?

Since Storyline still uses the CPU almost exclusively for encoding, I imagine it could be the source of your problem. With about 3 hours of video at 720p, my latest SCORM takes about 10 minutes to publish on an Intel i7-12700.
