Error Exporting the ultimate sales prospecting guide out of Rise 360

Error Exporting "the ultimate sales prospecting guide" out of Rise 360, all other courses work!!!!

I tried it in both Chrome and Edge browsers and about the 12% mark I get the "Error occurred please try again"
