Error loading video in Rise

Hi there,

Does anyone know why I keep getting an error message when uploading a video to Rise? It's an .mp4, just like all the others.

Thanks for any help/advice!

    Hi Abby,

    Some suggestions that may help:

    • Keep the file name short
    • Remove any spaces
    • Remove any special characters'.
