Sorry to hear that you ran into this issue.
This usually happens when another application or process accesses your project file at the same time as Storyline 360. This file conflict can be prevented by doing the following:
- If you are working on a folder that gets synced to a network drive, temporarily turn off the sync or move your file to a folder that doesn't get synced.
- If you are working directly on a network drive, make sure that you are working locally instead
If the issue persists, do a repair of Storyline 360 using the instructions listed in this article.
