When I use the Articulate 360 desktop app (1.39) to install Replay 360, the installation goes away after a few hours. I have to repeatedly install it, over and over. There are times when I have to install it multiple times in the same day because it keeps going away. For example, when I drag clip 2 into clip 1 (from left to right) I am not getting the diagonal line indicating the transition is a soft-cross-fade. I only get the straight/vertical line indicating a hard-cut transition. I've watched tutorials multiple times and it looks like it should be a simple drag and drop mouse function. I'm building a quiz in Quizmaker with a video when the user answers the question incorrectly. I'm wondering how I can publish the quiz to incorporate it into Rise? I have quizzes created in Quizmaker that are set to prevent the learner from leaving the quiz before they finish it but if they answer one question, then click the close button on the course player, a score of 100% is sent to the LMS. Am I missing a setting somewhere to make the score that is sent based on all the quiz questions and not just the ones answered?104Views0likes5CommentsReview not loading in Chrome or Edge
Greetings, I'm publishing courses on Review and they show up on my browser normally whitout problems. I'm trying to send Review links to my clients, but they responded that they cannot load the courses with Google Chrome or Microsoft Edge. The course loads its 3 dots animation... and then a blank white screen appears with nothing... Please note that those clients were previously able to see courses in Review, but now they cannot access them, due to the blank page. Has there been anything worth noting when it comes to browsers and Articulate products compatibility? Please note that I'm using an old Chrome version that is "still on V2", not on the latest which is now on V3. I'm newly on Windows 11 and even with Edge, I can still load Review courses normally. Thanks in advance.
