    Hi MehdiKasumov-cb,

I understand that AI Avatars in Storyline become distorted after applying cropping edits.

I can confirm that we have this behavior logged as a bug in Storyline. This bug causes:

    • Cropping an AI Avatar video to a non-original aspect ratio distorts the video object on the slide

This behavior only appears while editing, and is not observed during course preview or after publishing. I've linked this discussion to the bug report so we can notify you as soon as a fix is ready.

We appreciate your patience, and I'm sorry if this has been slowing you down!
