Error when adding picture / video
Hi!
Every time I want to replace the video or picture (first inserted by Rise), I get this Error notification. What can I do about this? What would be the reason?

Hi Marie-Louise! So sorry you continue to run into that error! To help me narrow this down, would you mind answering a few more questions?
- What web browser are you using? Are you on the most recent update of that browser?
- Do you run into the same error if you switch web browsers?
- Does this happen in any Rise 360 lesson you create?

Hello Kirsten! We haven't heard from Marie-Louise if the solution provided by our support engineer worked. However, you can follow the steps provided below to try and fix the issue:
- Clear your browser's cache
- Try a different supported browser
- Connect to a different network (if you are using a VPN, temporarily disconnect from it)
- Check with your Network admin to ensure port 443 is open add the domains in the following article to your organization's allowlist:
https://www.articulate.com/support/article/Articulate-360-Network-Endpoints
If you are still having issues replacing videos or images in your Rise course, I would suggest opening a support case here so that our engineers can investigate further.
