Did you ever figure out the problem, Nicole? One of our designers just had this happen when trying to publish to Review, and we're trying to figure out the cause as well.

Hi Valya!
Sorry to hear your colleague was having trouble publishing to Review 360. I'd be happy to work with you to figure out why that's happening!
I have a few clarifying questions to help me understand the issue a little better:
- Is your designer working from a shared drive? If so, I recommend saving the files on their local drive before creating, editing, and publishing them in order to avoid erratic behavior.
- Is the failure to publish occurring across all files or just one specifically?
- Has your teammate tried importing the slides into a new Storyline project file to see if that improves behavior? An error during publishing could point to possible corrupt elements in the Storyline project.
If the problem persists, we'd love to look at the .story file to see what might be causing it! Would you mind attaching it to this discussion using the Add Attachment button? If you prefer to share it privately, you can share the project in a support case. Either way, we'll take a look and share what we find!
