We aren't able to use any other LMS due to company policy however we tested using just the scorm package (not yet added to an LMS) and were able to replicate so i think definitely an issue with the scorm published from Rise. To repeat what Peter said above we are having serious delays due to this so would really appreciate a fix or update asap.
