Event-Based Trigger
Does anyone know how to have a button appear when the video is complete - irrespective of how long the video takes to complete? (It's probably called an event-based trigger.)

As long as you have inserted the video (not Video from website) this trigger pattern should.
Just set the initial state of the button to hidden.
