I am trying to get an administrator to upload a Storyline course to CSOD and she keeps getting the error "Failed to unzip: Size mismatch 236;288 <-> 232;288" Has anyone else had this kind of error? The administrator says she's never seen it before but then they have barely used the LMS and this is the first Storyline course to be uploaded.
I should probably point out that this is the first time I've ever tried uploading a Storyline course to an LMS - we usually deliver via CD, so it could well be something simple that I'm just not getting.

The problem appears to be a damaged zip file. Not the LMS.

Just a thought have you tried to unzip it locally to see if does unpack?Kind regards,
