Everything we know about Cornerstone on Demand and Storyline!
There was an update by CSOD in the past 6 months or so that allowed for this. I seem to recall that to get the level of detail we needed required creation of a custom report rather than just running the standard report. Also have to publish SCORM 2004 (we use 3rd).
Yes, here is a prior comment on how to add SCORM 2004 data to a transcript report.
You can now add the following to a transcript report:
SCO Name - SCO name as appears on the course manifest. Text
SCO ID - SCO ID as appears on the course manifest. Text
Quiz Attempt - How many times the learner attempted the quiz. Text
Quiz Attempt Date -The date when the specific attempt occurred (this field is correlated with the "Attempt" field). Text
Question ID - Unique label for the interaction. Text
Question Description - A brief informative description of the interaction. Text
Question Type - Which type of interaction is recorded. Text
Question Weighting - Weight given to the interaction relative to other interactions. Text
User Response - Data generated when a learner responds to an interaction. Text
Response Status - Judgment of the correctness of the learner response. Text
Response Time - The time the user responded to the interaction. Text
Quiz Score - Number that reflects the performance of the learner for the objective. Text
Quiz Success Status - Indicates whether the learner has mastered the SCO. Text

Thank you, but I don't see the SCORM 2004 option in the Transcript Report fields, am I missing something?

SCORM 2004 Course Project Chart is it's own report under Training (see the image I attached). You have to run the report on a course, not a learner I believe. You can restrict which learners are pulled for the report though. I hope this helps.

If you don't see the SCORM 2004 options it in your Transcript Report fields (in Custom Reports), something isn't turned on for you, either because of security or something else. Contact whomever is your support and request it. Using the Custom Reports for this is much more useful than the Standard Reports by the way.

One needs to contact CSOD to request the SCORM 2004 custom report to be activated. It is not automatically turned on for CSOD administrators.
