Thanks so much Barry, that worked. Now i just need to see if the app will work. Cannot login with the credentials I have been given, I have the suspicion they are use SSO.
CSOD login credentials are usually available even when using SSO. Are you able to reset your own password using the forgot password feature? Should be able to reset using your email address.
