I think Will already suggested you may need 1 result page only. I'm pretty sure it will need to be published as Scorm 2004 and there is a report they would have to pull in CSOD in order to see the scores. But I can't say for sure which report - if there is a standard one or if they will have to create a custom report. There is a similar community to this that CSOD hosts for admins, clients.csod.com - and your client should be able to check there on the best way to collect quiz scores from elearning courses.
