Examples of Rise Learner Navigation Tutorial Block

Hi - has anyone created a Rise navigation tutorial block to insert at the beginning of a course to explain course navigation and buttons to learners? I'm thinking Clippy a la 90's-era Microsoft Office. The only one I've found is linked below, but would love a prebuilt block if anyone has one to share, thank you!
