Excluding selected frames before publishing in Articulate Storyline 360

I often encounter customer requests to create demos of finished courses in Storyline 360. That is, the demo should contain only selected slides from the entire course. I have not found such an option in Storyline 360 so far, and I have been a user since the beginning of Storyline. Does anyone else lack such an option? And is it being considered for inclusion in the plan?

  • Storyline lets you publish the entire course, a single scene, or a single slide.

You can preview selected slides, but you can't publish selected slides.

I'd guess that most folks who want the kind of some-slides demo you're asking for would just save a copy of the file, delete the unwanted slides, and then publish from that.

You can submit a feature request here: https://www.articulate.com/product-feature-request/

Hi, thanks for the response, but I'm an experienced user since 2014, so I know this functionality. Of course, there is an option to delete unwanted images, save the project and then publish only that. I do that anyway, since there is no other option. But for example, iSpring Suit has a very convenient option for hiding unwanted images, see the picture. And I miss this in Storyline.
