Export of course is not working

Make sure that you are working from your local system directory, not a shared network drive or Sharepoint page.
Close all other programs, and have only one instance of Storyline running.
Then try exporting again.
If you still have errors and it doesn't export, you might need to reinstall the software. (It's a fairly simple process but can take some time, esp if your organization requires HelpDesk assistance to add/remove programs.) And if the errors continue after you have reinstalled the program, I would submit a support ticket.
