Export storyline to Word doesn't work

Hi there! We have a few members on our team that are running into a publishing to word error. It says it is successful and then it does nothing. No file anywhere. I will open a case but if you have a quick and easy solution please let me know asap! We are using SL3 not 360.
Hi Danielle,
I was able to solve this by opening a new Articulate file, and importing the slides from the previous file into it. That worked for me, but please try and share if it works for you as well!
