Were you able to solve this issue ? I've just ran into it. I've got 360 v3.21.17083.0 all running locally and Microsoft Office 365 Business version 1803 (build 9126.2295).

Good news, I finally got it to work. What I've done different is I made sure that Office wasn't working in the background. I remembered way back having problems with SL2 because Office was open while I was trying to export my translation to Word. I also split the file in 2 with only half the slides. It still is a pretty big file of 65 slides and 32 Mb.
