Storyline 360 only supports generating audio files with its text-to-speech feature. How did you want to use the text-to-speech feature with your videos? Did you mean to add audio tracks to your video without audio within Storyline? Or did you want to automatically generate a video based on the entered text?
I have created a video using screen capture and then added text to speech but when I export the video it has no audio is there something I can change in settings if yes how. Thank you for your response.

You should hear the audio in the published output of your course if that's how the course behaves when previewed. Would you be willing to share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can examine what's happening to the audio? We'll delete it when we're done testing!
