Exporting audio quality issues
Having the same problem here. I imported .mp3 files some time ago and now i want to export them. But the audio quality is very poor. Changing to "no compression" in audio options does not make any difference.

Hello ChristophSchrte,
I'm sorry to hear about the degraded audio quality after publishing your Storyline course.
I did not notice recent reports related to this issue, so it's possible that it is audio file-related. Does this happen to all your audio files or only to specific ones? If it only happens to a particular audio, would you be willing to share it with us here or privately in a support case? We can help test whether converting or re-encoding the audio will help.
If the quality loss occurs with all audio files, I recommend applying these steps to repair Storyline. Let me know how it goes, and I'll be more than happy to assist further!

Hi Eric,
thank you for your reply. I think there is a misunderstanding: The audio quality after publishing is fine. I am talking about the export feature. I attach a screenshot to this post in which it should be more understandable what I mean. The problem persists with different audio files and different storyline projects. The "compression" option does not make a difference. I also tested it in different audio players with no difference in quality.
I attach the audio file before and after exporting it from storyline. I also attach a file with the "no compression" feature enabled.
Thanks

Thank you for the clarification, Christoph, and my apologies for the misunderstanding.
I tested your audio file using the attached Storyline course and exported it using the "Export Audio" button in the Audio Tools --> Options tab. I confirmed your findings that the exported audio is degraded. The sound is softer than the original.
