Exporting RISE to pdf not working

Hi I am trying to export my RISE eLearning to pdf so that I can attach it as evidence in a report. However I am just getting a never end loop and no product export...

I'm happy to let you know we released a new update for Review 360. This update fixes the issue reported in this thread where users cannot export the correct feedback in PDF format on specific Review 360 courses. There's nothing to install for web apps. New features and fixes are immediately available.

thank you for your reply. Seems like the new year has one good turn already: The export worked without further tricks! Just tried to export it as pdf again and - voilá!
