Exporting Variables into a Google Spreadsheet

I've been working on this and published the form. I used 'Console' in chrome and here's the error I'm getting. BTW this is hosted in Word Press. Both these lines are red in console, so is WP killing the code.

XMLHttpRequest cannot load https://script.google.com/macros/s/AKfycbx4LYUKVC4jmLgkcWisqcFURZbyL0tk9VlPbQo_h-KDdmWvtEQ/exec. No 'Access-Control-Allow-Origin' header is present on the requested resource. Origin 'http://www.xxxxxxxxx.com' is therefore not allowed access. The response had HTTP status code 401.
