External files not working
Hi,
A client is having a major issue with published storyline files not displaying any files in the external files folder.
Getting the following error message:

Hi all, I'm having the exact same issue, now in Nov 2025, here are the info:
Using Storyline 360 X64 v3.105.35604.0
Added a small size PDF named Direct-DE-AT.pdf to the Resources.
Named the file Direct-DE-AT.pdf (also tested with default name Direct-DE-AT, no success either).
Created a button on a page and put the following trigger:
Open story_content/external_files/Direct-DE-AT.pdf
Saved file, published to Review 360, error message, close file, reopen, check the Resources (OK), save again, publish again, number of times, to no avail (even waited some time).
