Here are the instructions for Editing Text Content (from https://access.articulate.com/support/article/Rise-360-How-to-Use-Scenario-Blocks)
- Put the "title" of the feedback in the first field (which says "Scenario Title" in the image).
- Put the feedback in the second field (which says "Add text to explain the situation your scenario will address" in the image).
