Feedback layers - save my sanity. What am I missing in this simple file?

My goal: Create a custom feedback master and incorrect/correct layer layouts to use with multiple question banks. I want to create the master once, and have it apply as it should...

Sorry to hear that you ran into this snag.
I tested your project file and found that if I placed the buttons on the 'Correct' and 'Incorrect' layers directly instead of placing the button in the Feedback Master, the buttons display as expected:

I've attached an edited version of your project file so you can check out the new behavior. I'd recommend making individual changes to the 'Correct' and 'Incorrect' layers moving forward to allow the changes that you make to show properly on your question slides.
