feedback master button states not being inherited by feedback layers

Hold off on assuming an upgrade fixes all. I am on Storyline 360 now, and at least with a test file created with an earlier version (3), the attached shows what I still get.

If you're on the latest update of Storyline 360 (Storyline 360, build 3.29.19305.0) and you're still seeing this issue, I'd like to have you work with our Support Team. They'll want to take a look at your files and dig in a bit deeper.
