Feedback Master Does Not Work

This seems a step closer, but unless I use the absolute default feedback formats, changes to the feedback master still are not carried to the new slides: the continue button pops in at the wrong place and in the wrong color, and a random button, labeled "Button" is added. The title is also incorrectly formatted.
On a broader issue, even if this works, this level of work around would not be needed if the software was working according to its documentation. I look forward to other ideas and solutions.
