Feedback not displaying object it is related to

Hello,

I am one of many providing feedback on a class in Articulate 360. For all other reviewers, an image to the right displays showing what the feedback is attached to.  For me, nothing is displayed.  What am I doing wrong?

    Hi Nancy! So sorry to hear that you are not seeing the image related to the feedback.

    Let's try some initial troubleshooting steps:

    • Please ensure you are using a supported browser and your browser is updated. 
    • Try other supported browsers, does the image related to the feedback appear in other browsers?
