file names when hover over an audiofile

I am looking for a way to view audio file names without having to click through each one in Articulate Storyline 360. I have imported several files and need to know the filename for each file. Can ...

Thanks for reaching out!

It's hard to say why you couldn't see the file name the first time, but could after reopening the file. Please let us know if it happens again or with multiple files.

It happened again Yesterday when I imported multiple audio files.

    Sorry to hear the issue has come up again!

    I tested Storyline just to confirm if it is an issue. When hovering over the timeline, I can see the audio’s filename.

    If you’re already working from your local drive, try following these steps to address any potential installation issues.

    If the problem continues, we’re happy to take a closer look. You can share the affected Storyline project here or privately through a support case, where one of our Support Engineers will work with you one-on-one. We’ll delete the file after testing is complete.
