I found some older posts about this topic, so I'm looking for current information.
Is there a find & replace text feature in Rise 360 now?

Articulate has given the same response for the past 5 years, so don't hold your breath.
Hi Tracy! Thanks for following up on this issue. Find & Replace option is not available in Rise at the moment. We'll be sure to let you know here if we make changes that will help!
