Flip cards - Fade affect: Can't read text
We are having many flip card block issues with what looks to be an automatic fade applied to the card when there is text that reaches the bottom of the box. Sometimes there is a scrollbar to extend the text, but sometimes not. See attached image. Is there a reason for the fade affect? Our users can't read the text since it is auto-faded. Thanks!
NOTE: Perhaps this is tied to the issue reported here of a problem when using only 2 flip cards?

Hey Jeff,
Do you see this behavior when viewing your Rise course in Review or another environment?
I saw that we do have this reported for Review but wanted to verify so that I can add this conversation if needed.
If you see it somewhere else, please let me know that as well.

Good day, thanks for your response. I see it in Review yes and as well when running when Previewing in Rise.
Thanks for confirming Jeff. I'm adding this conversation so that we can update you when we can.

I'm also experiencing this issue. The fade effect as well as the inability to customise font size is very frustrating.
Cheers
Sorry you've hit this snag too, Stephanie!
Two of the workarounds to try while our team investigates this are:
- Use one 1 Flash card, or more than 2 - it only seems to occur with 2 in a row
- Disable Block animations
Let me know if you're seeing it with either of those steps already in place. I'd love to see your Rise course if that's the case!

Seeing same here, whether one or two cards on Safari or Chrome and animations off. Still auto fade...

I'm still experiencing this. Can you guys just remove the fade effect please? It really is distracting and unnecessary...
Matthew, the only workaround I could find in the interim was to place two line spaces at the bottom of the text- MatthewSteffeckCommunity Member
Thanks for the suggestion Stephanie. 100% agree. I see no purpose in this fade effect.

Ditto to the comments by Matthew and Stephanie that there is no need for the fade effect. I'm getting a lot of complaints from users who can't read the text.
Hi Steven,
Thanks for your feedback! For now the best way to solve this issue is by turning off the block entrance animations (see the screenshot Ashley posted above).
Let me know if there's anything else I can do to help. :)

Thanks, Allison. Is there any way to turn off the hover effect from also making the text on the cards lighter when someone hovers over one?
