AI Assistant Outage also affecting AI Captions
I know that AI Assistant is experiencing an outage, and that the status message indicates, "This is only impacting AI Image generation when using AI Assistant."
However, it also appears to be impacting the "Generate with AI" option for audio captions. When I attempt to use that feature, I'm met with an error message as shown below. To be clear, my internet connection is fine and everything else internet-related is working perfectly.

Absolutely, I am also unable to manage my AI text-to-speech right now. I get the same error message.

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We're still assessing the scope of this outage, and we'll update the status posted on our Status Page once we've confirmed if other services are also affected. In the meantime, I recommend clicking on the "SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES" button to get notified once the outage is resolved.

About 20 minutes ago the status page reported that the issue was resolved. I still can't get any AI services to work in Storyline. I've tried restarting Articulate and the computer. Is there something else I'm missing or is the issue still ongoing?

Status page is still showing AI Assistant as a "major outage."

AI assistant has just started working for me! The status page now indicates all issues are resolved.
