AI Assistant Outage also affecting AI Captions

We're very sorry for the inconvenience. We're still assessing the scope of this outage, and we'll update the status posted on our Status Page once we've confirmed if other services are also affected. In the meantime, I recommend clicking on the "SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES" button to get notified once the outage is resolved.
About 20 minutes ago the status page reported that the issue was resolved. I still can't get any AI services to work in Storyline. I've tried restarting Articulate and the computer. Is there something else I'm missing or is the issue still ongoing?

Status page is still showing AI Assistant as a "major outage."

And seconds later, NOW it says operational. My guess is things are still "resolving" and should smooth out in a few minutes.
