Flipping around Induction/Compliance courses

My organisation (Health Care) has a large number of induction and compliance modules and we are being pushed to add more and more, meaning new starters have a growing number to go through ...
This is exactly the kind of approach I am hoping to take.
It is a big change in approach for the organisation, but something I hope to be able to sell based on the time saving and thus cost savings.
