Hi! I am having the same issue.
Some users experience the e-learning fonts scrambled.
it would be of great help, if you pointed me into the right direction on what you did in SAP to solve this...
We upgraded Storyline 3 to Storyline 360. Then I saved the file as a 360 file, then republished and the formatting issues were resolved. I don't know what if anything was done on the LMS side. Any fixes they provided were only temporary.
